  5. Control by phase.
  6. Strategy management.

  • Waterfall: It is a linear process methodology , that is, once one task is finished, the next one can be started and so on. This method has five phases:
  1. Requirements.
  2. Analysis.
  3. Design.
  4. programming.
  5. Tests and practice.
